By using Quik Cable's services as a certified JNA dealer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Quik Cable operates as a certified JNA dealer, providing connection and execution services to facilitate access to internet, television, and telecommunications services from various providers including AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast Xfinity, Frontier, HughesNet, CenturyLink, and others.
Dealer Services
What We Provide
- Service availability checking and plan comparison
- Connection facilitation with service providers
- Account setup and management assistance
- Plan upgrade and downgrade processing
- Bill payment processing services
- Customer support and troubleshooting coordination
What We Don't Provide
- Direct internet, TV, or telecommunications services
- Network infrastructure or equipment maintenance
- Service guarantees beyond our execution services
- Technical support for provider-specific issues
Execution Charges
- Quik Cable charges execution fees ranging from $49.99 to $199.99 for processing service requests
- These charges are separate from and in addition to service provider billing
- Execution charges are disclosed before any service is processed
- Payment is required before service execution begins
- Charges may vary based on service complexity and provider requirements
Service Provider Relationships
- Quik Cable acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers
- Service provider terms and conditions apply to your actual service
- Service availability and pricing are subject to provider policies
- Installation, equipment, and service quality are provider responsibilities
- Billing disputes for provider services must be addressed with the provider
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for service requests
- Pay execution charges as agreed
- Comply with service provider terms and conditions
- Notify us of any changes to your service requirements
- Maintain communication during the service setup process
Service Limitations
Our services are subject to:
- Service provider availability in your area
- Provider approval of your service application
- Technical feasibility of requested services
- Compliance with provider policies and requirements
- Successful completion of credit checks where required
Cancellation and Changes
- Service requests may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission
- Changes to service requests may incur additional execution charges
- Cancellations after processing has begun may not be eligible for refunds
- Provider-initiated cancellations are subject to provider policies
Limitation of Liability
Quik Cable's liability is limited to the amount of execution charges paid. We are not responsible for:
- Service provider performance, billing, or service quality
- Installation delays or technical issues
- Provider policy changes or service discontinuation
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when facilitating service connections.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes related to Quik Cable execution services will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Service provider disputes must be addressed directly with the provider
- Informal resolution will be attempted before formal proceedings
- Class action lawsuits are waived for execution service disputes
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
