Quik Cable Execution Services Refund Policy
As a certified JNA dealer, Quik Cable provides execution services to facilitate connections with various service providers. This refund policy applies specifically to Quik Cable's execution charges and does not cover the service providers' billing or refund policies.
Execution Services Covered
Our execution services include:
- New service connection setup and processing
- Plan upgrades and downgrades
- Account management and administrative tasks
- Bill payment processing
- Service cancellation processing
- Technical support coordination
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund of Quik Cable execution charges if:
- The requested service was not successfully executed due to our error
- You cancel a service request within 24 hours of submission
- The service provider rejects the connection request due to technical limitations
- Duplicate charges were applied to your account in error
Non-Refundable Services
The following execution charges are non-refundable:
- Successfully completed service connections
- Plan changes that were processed successfully
- Administrative tasks completed as requested
- Services cancelled after 24 hours of request submission
- Charges related to customer-initiated changes or cancellations
Service Provider Billing
Important: Quik Cable execution charges are separate from your service provider's billing. Refunds for service provider charges (monthly service fees, equipment costs, etc.) must be requested directly from the service provider according to their refund policy.
Refund Process
To request a refund for Quik Cable execution services:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of the charge
- Provide your account information and reason for the refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for review of your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Execution Charge Ranges
Quik Cable execution charges typically range from $49.99 to $199.99, depending on the complexity and type of service request. These charges are clearly disclosed before any service is processed.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by our customer service manager
- Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
- Escalate the matter through our formal complaint process
